You can easily reach e-Busje by public transport. It's about a 5-minute walk from Hilversum Central Station. Are you coming by car, bicycle, moped, or motorcycle? Parking is free in our private, enclosed lot. Parking is at your own risk.

Are you coming by car, bicycle, moped, or motorcycle? You can park for free in our private, enclosed grounds. Parking remains at your own risk.

Charging your electric car is possible on site. There are public charging stations where you can charge your car with your own charging card or charging trickle (for a fee).

You need a Dutch or international driving license (held for at least 1 year), but there are exceptions: if you have a question about whether your driving license is valid for renting a bus, call us on 035 685 2226

Please bring a valid Dutch or international driver's license (held for more than one year). We will verify your name and address. We may ask for information such as a utility bill, bank statement, phone bill, or other document showing your name and address. e-Busje Autoverhuur reserves the right to refuse to rent out a vehicle without providing a reason in certain circumstances.

At e-Busje, we have no age limit. We do expect you to have held a valid Dutch or international driver's license for at least one year.

A rental day is equal to a calendar day, but there are exceptions. If available, you can pick up your reserved vehicle the evening before the agreed-upon day and return it the morning after, for the same price! For example, if you need a van on Friday, you can pick it up Thursday after 4:00 PM and return it Saturday before 8:30 AM. You only pay for Friday! You'll receive two evenings free of charge. Absolutely! (Only available with a Dutch mobile phone number) There's a drop-box system for returning keys after closing time. This is available 24/7. However, we prefer to return the vehicle during opening hours, so we can inspect it immediately.

We are closed on Sundays. If you require a bus on Sunday, it must be picked up on Saturday between 4:00 and 4:30 PM.

From Monday to Friday, half-day discount: 50% discount on car rental if you rent for no longer than 4 consecutive hours within our opening hours.

• Includes 100 kilometers of free riding per day (50 km for a half-day rental). • Includes insurance with a deductible (the deductible is listed with the vehicles).

Stay calm! The folder you receive with your car documents contains phone numbers and instructions on what to do in case of emergency.

In the event of damage, an excess will be charged. With e-Van car rental, you can lower your excess. If the damage amount falls below the excess, you will only be charged that amount. If it exceeds the excess, you will pay a maximum of the agreed-upon excess.

Please contact us immediately to see if the car is available for longer.

e-Busje will look for a suitable solution. If you don't let us know, an additional €50 per day will be added to the rental price.

Yes, you'll receive the vehicle with a fully charged battery. We'll charge you for the electricity consumption based on your mileage. You're also welcome to charge the bus yourself, of course.

Yes, after taking the bus the invoice will be sent to you by email.

You will be charged the deductible agreed upon in the rental agreement. If the damage amount falls below the deductible, only that amount will be charged. If it exceeds the deductible, you will pay a maximum of the agreed deductible.

Anyone authorized to drive the vehicle and with insurance can return it. You will need to purchase additional insurance for each additional driver.

Fuel is not available on our property, but there are several gas stations nearby. Electric cars can be charged (for a fee) using your own charging card/charging trickle at the charging stations on our property.

You can take the vehicle abroad. The cost for the green card is €10.00 (including VAT) a day. When booking you can indicate whether you're going abroad and which country. Contact us to discuss options such as unlimited mileage.
